The salt in Ahava products comes from the Dead Sea in Israel. When I was sitting on the Dead Sea (you can't sink, because the weight of the salt makes you pop up) I noticed an incredible difference in the silky feeling of my skin. I've been using this product for many years, and the purifying, soothing effect of the Dead Sea salt is incredible.
FYI - when I was there, I spoke with other people who were also in the water with me. Most of them were there due to having severe and horrible skin conditions, so their doctors prescribed them to go there to heal. They all had the most dramatic improvements from skin diseases that nothing in the USA or their European countries could cure. But The salt in the Dead Sea did! it was amazing to see!
If you're going to buy this product, get the largest size possible, rather than a smaller size.

Worth every cent!
I first tried Ahava products when I visited Israel and fell in love with their products and the way they made my skin feel and look. Made from the invigorating Dead Sea salts, all of their products are incredible and worth the price. Although I should have stocked up more when I was in Israel since they're cheaper there, this isn't too much of an increase in price and its worth every cent. The Dead Sea Bath Salts are wonderful- very calming and soothing and leave your skin feeling silky smooth. You don't need much per bath - a little goes a long way- so the 32 oz. bottle should last awhile. I highly recommend this product!

Living La Vida Loca~ Juicy Style
I was a fan of the original Juicy Couture and I'm now a fan of this Viva La Juicy as well. This sweet succulent scent is sure to create a stir~~~Who can resist Viva La Juicy?

Tips/Suggestions/Comments involving Viva La Juicy:
1) Much like the original Juicy Couture, the scent strength of this fragrance is moderate . .though I've heard some people call it subtle and some people call it intense, I still think it's moderate . .I mean I can see where they get their points . .It seems to start out intense and then get more and more subtle as the day goes on . . .
2) This is not a fancy perfume. It's fun and delightful, but not what I'd call "elegant" . . .Thus, I'd say it's good for daily, casual use (it even lasts the right amount of time for daily use (about 8 or so hrs)
3)While I'd like to say this perfume is for everything, I think it's composition was catering more towards college-aged girls, but that might just be me . . . .
Fun, springy, summery, flirty scent
I love this scent. I have never been in a Juicy store but a friend tried it on and I had to copy her and buy the gift set. My favorite daily perfumes are Ralph Rocks and several of the Bond No 9 fragrances. Viva La Juicy is my new favorite--a fun, sweet-smelling scent that knocks your socks off without smelling cheap or overpowering. The honeysuckle/gardenia combination just puts a smile on my face. You can't be in a bad mood when you wear this perfume! I enjoy layering this with the lotion.

Enchantingly Beautiful!!
I am a fragrance fanatic but have very particular tastes. This is the
first time I have EVER bought a fragrance without having sampled it first.
I just had a feeling about this perfume that proved to be spot on. I had
never even heard of it until I saw it on Amazon and I ordered it from the
reviews I read and the beautiful packaging.
This perfume has turned out to be one of my favorites!!! It is light and
etheral and not overpowering at all which is what I look for in a fragrance.
It is extremely feminine and girly. I have no regrets about taking a chance
on this perfume. It has such a unique smell that its difficult to actually
describe it. Its one of a kind. I would recomend it for anyone who likes
very soft, feminine fragrances. The bottle is gorgeous and classy. The
smell is wonderful and has drawn many compliments. Of coarse everybody
has their own personel tastes and I would advise trying any perfume befor
purchasing. A sweet and unique concoction of beautiful enchantment!!!
Beautiful fragrance...best price you'll ever find
Please note...I am a perfume junkie! The only fragrance I love more is V by Valentino. I sprayed a little Juicy Couture on one day while frangrance shopping and the smell just haunted me. No matter what I did that evening, I couldn't help noticing how wonderful this fragrance was. The next day, I went on a mission to get this perfume ASAP. Even at discount outlets, the 1.7oz. bottle was $70+. Being an avid Amazoner, I knew I had to check here before buying anywhere else. I was amazed to see that the 3.4oz bottle was cheaper than the 1.7oz in stores...WOW! I immediately purchased. The box and bottle were beautiful and the charm was cute...but nothing compares to the actual fragrance. BEWARE...this scent drives men CRAZY!!

Extremely Moisturizing
I first tried this product when we sold it at Bath & Body Works (which is where I work). We sold out of it immediately and have not got any back in stock since which is why I am searching elsewhere to purchase it. I have exsema so I need an extremely moistening scrub. This product is perfect! It's a mixture of salt and sugar and it doesn't sit in greasy oil like a lot of scrubs. It's almost like a body butter that is mixed with the salt and sugar. My skin has never felt so soft. I even use it after I shave my legs and it doesn't sting at all. I recommend it to everyone!

Amazing, esp if you have muscle problems
I recently had a severe calf strain from sports, and the muscles in my injured leg were very tight. Even a week after the injury, i could barely walk with crutches - I would get muscle spasms and muscle twitches at almost every step. On the 8th night, i used some of this salt in a bucket with hot water, and put my leg in there for about 20 mins. Next morning I woke up - and all of a sudden now i could walk without spasms and twitches. The night before, my muscles seemed to be locking up at smallest movement - now they felt softer than the muscles in my unhurt leg! This stuff is seriously amazing - and yes, it really does relax your muscles! I am planning to use this regularly going forward, because i believe it can really accelerate my recovery over the next few weeks. It makes the skin much softer too - i noticed that after several nights' use, the skin of my injured calf feels a lot smoother than my other leg! Smells great, and thank you Ahava!
great for the skin; the scent could be better
As a long time user of ahava products, I knew what to expect as far as the effect on my skin - I have psoriasis and this product is wonderful for that. I did expect a more "honey" type of scent, perhaps with a vanilla undertone, along the lines of Burt's Bees milk and honey products. However, the scent is more medicinal (for lack of a better word), but not at all offensive.

I love this oil... this bottle lasts me for about 7-10 baths, depends on my mood and how much I want to use. Just soak in the bath for 20 min, and pat your skin dry... no need to shower afterwards. This oil feels very light on the skin and the skin feels smooth. Love the smell, great for relaxing.
